Types of Scholarships SILAN
The SILAN supports several types of scholarships for advanced Neurorradiología. The first is to radiology residents in their final year of training, and who have an interest in continuing to Neurorradiología, Neurorradiología or residents who are in their final stages of training:
Scholarship SILAN-MCG
Scholarship SILAN-MCG is an upgrading program in Neurorradiología diagnosed two months stay in the service Neurorradiología the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia, USA.
A total of six residents are selected each year based on the candidates being competitive, which will experience an intensive program in neuroradiology in the areas of brain, spine, head and neck, under the direction and personal supervision of Dr. Ramón E. Figueroa.
The scholarships are provided with accommodation and a maintenance stipend of U.S.$400 dollars a month. Candidates should have good command of English language, be recommended by the Director of the Residency Program of the Hospital through a letter of recommendation, and send your curriculum vitae.

Scholarship SILAN-ENERI
SILAN-ENERI Scholarship is for residents of Radiology, Neuroradiology, Neurosurgery and Neurology recent graduates of a National Training Program, who wish to pursue advanced training in Interventional Neuroradiology.
This is a rotation of one year of training in Interventional Neuroradiology from January to December, under the supervision of Dr. Pedro Lylyk in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Selects only one candidate each year.
The recipient of the scholarship SILAN-ENERI receives aid from U.S.$600 dollars per month during this period. The selection process of candidates is done by studying the curriculum vitae and letter of recommendation from the Director of the Residency Program of the Hospital.

Scholarship SILAN-HGC
Scholarship SILAN HGC-Barcelona is for residents of Radiology, Neuroscience, Neuroradiology, trained diagnosis or recent graduates of a National Training Program, who wish to pursue advanced training in Interventional Neuroradiology.
This Scholarship consists of a rotation of one year of training in Interventional Neuroradiology, under the supervision of Drs. Leopoldo Martínez Sola Guimaraens and Teresa at the General Hospital of Catalonia, Barcelona, Spain.
Selects only one candidate each year, which must have completed their training at the time of diagnosis to begin his fellowship, including Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Computed Tomography and Angiography in appropriate skills.
The recipient of the scholarship SILAN-HGC Barcelona receives aid from U.S.$500 per month during this period, plus accommodation and meals at the General Hospital of Catalonia. The selection process of candidates is done by studying the curriculum vitae and letter of recommendation from the Director of the Residency Program of the Hospital.
